“We thought we were heartbreaking down here to get away from the rat race, so to speak — mayhap I’d withdraw and do a little TV,” Jarvis said. “I didn’t make happen at the time that the good Lord was preparing me for the job at FAU. He granted me money, and he wants me to use them.”
