my work out plan, devastated need help 10 pts for bets answer
Tennis betting newsHello my name is not important but i’m a 21 year old female height is 5 foot 8 inches. My entire life (up to last two years) i’ve enjoyed being thin and tall and untill I hit 19 years old I was about 5"8 and weighed between 130 lbs and 140 lbs. My entire life my weight has been such. Ever since I graduated high school and entered college my weight has been above 140 but below 150. I’m 21 now about to be 22 in december and i’ve noticed that i have a hard time squeezing into my jeans. I went from a size 5!! to barely being able to squeeze myself into my size 9 pants. In high school i loved P.E and played badmington like crazy. in fact, I was so good at badmington that my P.E teacher begged me to join the tennis team (nevr played tennis in my life.) I haven’t picked up a badmington racket in 5 or 6 years, but a few months ago I played for the first time since 2006 and i STILL got it. Its my strength what can I say. Maybe that’s why I was able to stay in shape during high school… I beat the boys and the girls when it came to that sport.
I randomly hopped on the scale today just to see why the hell I haven’t been able to squeeze into my size 9 pants. I was devastated!!! 160 pounds. my BMI is 24.5 and I’m "healthy" but I feel so fat!!! i used to have this super-awesome flat stomach but now I have muffin top and love handles. I have been eating subway hoping it will help. In the past all I had to do to lose a chunk of weight was to change my diet. that hasn’t worked!!! I"m starting to freak out, am I aging??? is my metabolism slowing down??? I’m freaking out.
Starting tomorrow morning, i am heading to target and buying a maximum strength sports bra… some sweats and I’m going to eat nothing but romainne lettuce untill I am 130 lbs again. I can’t take it anymore, since I clearly gain weight no matter what i consume, i will consume nothing and exercise it all off.
any advice and tips are appreciated.
Badminton and tennis is a PERFECT cardio workout that could burn the fat away. You probably by the sound of your question don’t exercise daily. Count calories, exercise, and eat healthy. Look up some exercises to do in the morning and before bed. Squats, crunches, and even planks can help. Jillian Michaels has lots of videos online for a lot of exercises. Always keep progress! Keep track of weight loss and please don’t crash diet it is totally unhealthy. Eat healthy and you’ll be 130 pounds in no time! Good luck.

The best way to lose weight is eat healthy but you have to eat! Do cardio exercises (running, swimming and cycling are some good examples). Drinking lots of water helps the body to burn fat therefore lose weight and make a workout plan and nutrition plan and stick to it, if you like i could help you make your plans?
